Q. Who can place this on their MY ARBONNE SITE?
A. We recommend that as the NVP, you start by being trained, place on your site, and include your Nation's welcome call and System document. After that, anyone can place this on their MY ARBONNE SITE. The only thing we ask is that you go through the training, so you maintain the integrity of this Resource.
Q. Is this a system?
A. No, this is a resource for all of the Reach Out Methods of Arbonne. One on One's, Groups, Samples, and a combination of all. This is your Resource Center for all the tools you need to build your business, and duplicate success. Think of it like this: A builder builds a house, and you decorate it. This is the foundation for all the Systems of Arbonne. Your Nation can personalize it with your system on top. For instance, you can see on Donna Johnson's Nation website, http://www.donna.myarbonne.com/ when you click on "Spirit Wings Nation System/Consultant Resources" she has her greeting/accountability call, and her Nation's System Document. Underneath, is the Consultant Resources for all on her team to utilize to build their business.
Q. Is this Arbonne approved?
A. Our focus group worked for several months to update our tools & support, working closely with Arbonne Corporate, Compliance and Branding. We have all the appropriate disclaimers that this is an Arbonne Independent Project. As Arbonne Corporate adds tools, such as invites, we will adjust our resource accordingly. For instance, when Arbonne merged Patrice Matteson's Activity Tracker System into the 2010 calendar, we made the appropriate adjustments to our tools. Our philosophy is "let Arbonne Corporate do what they do best, and let us do what we do best in the field".
Q. There are some tools in consultant resources that my team doesn't use, can I customize it for my team?
A. No, to minimize confusion, the Consultant Resource is a 'resource', not a system. It's meant to support the 'leader', with different tools in an organized fashion.
If there is a certain document or script that your team doesn't use, just don't refer to it. Make sure that your Nation's SYSTEM is on your website, so you can train to that. For example, I personally prefer the Re9Advance Catalog Presentation w/DVD script, and I don't use the Swiss Skin Care Workshop script. I will refer to the script I use.
Q. When will this be complete?
A. Very soon! We are adding all the 'International' elements to it, so that you can click on the country of choice. For instance, if you live in the USA, but are launching someone in the UK, you will place the system on your myarbonne website for US, but when you're launching someone in another country, You can SKYPE with them, have them click on their country, and launch for their Country! Our goal, just a few days. In the meantime, http://www.donna.myarbonne.com/ is a complimentary site for you to familiarize yourself, and your team. However, as you can see, this is only temporary, as you will not want to confuse your team by directing them to someone else's Nation System. Each NVP will want their own portal for this resource.
Q. How can I learn more?
A. We will have ongoing support, training and webinars. For instance, Donna Johnson's Go For the Gold call Sat, April 17 will be dedicated to the first TAB of Consultant Resources "Getting Started for Success" How to launch a new Business Builder. Make plans to attend the 9th annual AM/VP Leadership Retreat in Green Bay, Aug 5-7 to continue learning and mastering our Strategy!
Q. How do I role this out to my Nation?
A. We suggest that you first hold a conference call or meeting to share your views of what you've learned. Then, give them the RECORDING from the Wed 4/14 call, and the link, so they can view what you experienced. They will be able to navigate the site, while listening to the recorded call. We suggest you do a call, and give them 48 hours to listen to the call and view the site. And then schedule another live conference call with your Nation (or several United Nations) to answer any questions.
Q. I would like more than just placing Consultant Resources on MYARBONNE website. I want help giving a facelift to my site, adding a personal greeting for my Nation, and my Nation's system, or any other supporting documents to personalize for my team.
